As an avid investor, I often mull over how accomplished investors are able to amass fortunes through their investment endeavors. Presently, I hold equity exceeding $545K from a recent home sale, yet I'm uncertain about my next investment move. Should I consider buying stocks at this time, or should I await another opportunity?

I agree completely, having a brokerage advisor for investing is a brilliant move! During the financial crisis of 2008, I was facing investing challenges until I sought the help of an advisor. Success is dependent on the action or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke. Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choices of investment that has minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be guaranteed.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

I'll suggest you create a diversification strategy because building a good financial-portfolio has been more complex since covid. Recently my colleague advised me to hire an advisor, surprisingly I have accrued over $120K under the guidance of my coach during this crash. he figured out Defensive strategies to protect my portfolio and make profit from this roller coaster market.

I have a g design degree and agree with him. Only the high level art schools i would consider "college". I had schoolmates graduate and they totally sucked. They just threw away their money for a degree that won't get them anything.
Most graphic design can be learned at home and its all about your natural talent. Some students were just mindblowingly talented. In the end, it doesn't really matter what school you go to. It's about your portfolio.
I pivoted to digital marketing. Bought into a course for $2500 and its the best thing i ever did. You can make 6 figures in less than a year and only work like 20 hours a week. You could also outsource the actual work and just spend a few hours managing your clients emails and campaigns. Find something you are good at and keep doing that. Google ads for roofers? Go find more roofers. Facebook ads for real estate agents? Find more agents across the country. Much better than sitting at a computer all day and making edits to your work. Although i kinda liked that too. Just put on heaphones and stream youtube or podcasts.

I'm a 45 yo Brit. The only financial "advice" I ever remember from school was when the teacher asked the class "What pays better, working in an office or working in a factory? The correct answer is office.".Now RUclipsrs are saying ditch the office job and be your own boss with multiple revenue streams and residual income, find a way to make money while you sleep; use affiliate programs and drop shipping and outsource projects, buy crypto, invest in stocks and shares and property and pay into a pension for your retirement etc. We were never told any of that stuff.
