Its really a motorcycle and should be licensed and on the road, not on a cycle/pedestrian path where it becomes a hazard due to its size, speed and weight. I respect that you take care on such paths, but many do not. I also really like this scooter.

This scooter would be illegal in the UK unless licensed and it definitely should not be ridden on a footpath. I can see the temptation of riding on those long country paths though. Is the scooter Chinese? very nice.
Yes, it is Chinese. In Estonia, it is allowed to ride with it on footpaths but only up to 25 km/h. Unfortunately, I sometimes see that they ride with it much faster, which I don't like.

The funny thing is that it doesn't have a name. Some no-name brand from China. It has a 2 Kw motor.
