The GSF expansion came way before squadrons.

Thank you, I should have looked into the GSF expansion more. I wasn't playing TOR in 2014 for the GSF, or at least I didn't remember the release, and then returned to the game recently after playing Squadrons so that was my conclusion.

Galactic Starfighter still sucks. Everyone else is packing premium ships or using hacks or both.

My advice isnt to blindly join a guild. All guilds are recruiting and with hyperlinks, you can see of a guild is your style. A good guild can become a good ingame family. I joined many over the years and bonded with other players this way.

Boosted goes right to lvl 70 now, so you only have lvl 71-80 to go. You CAN make a boosted character and go back and do the storyline as well I THINK and just run through the class quests and skip the rest of the planetary quests if you want, you will probably end up at lvl 80 if you just do that TBH.

    • @stevendiaz9034

No you can’t go back and run the stories, all decisions are premade and preset to be based on what faction you’re apart of

      Thank you for the clarification!!
I have never run a "Boosted" character, so it's good to hear for those who have.

Steven is wrong, if you purchase the Commander's datacron (I think that was it's name) off of the cartel market for roughly 3,200 cartel coins, you can immediately level your current character to 80 without auto-completing ANY content. I did this last week with a brand new smuggler alt, that way I could start gearing him and getting endgame currencies but still play through the story. It's expensive but works well.

Again, I have never bothered to boost a character, either way. 3200 CC's (about 3-4 billion in creds) is pretty rich for just a lvl 80 alt. (though, I THINK if you use the compendium it puts at least one companion at lvl 50 affinity as well??)
Still, in terms of gifts, thats only 500 odd purple lvl 5 gifts from fleet which only cost some time and about 5 million creds to buy from the vendor, less and faster if you have the legacy perk for gift giving.

How about 5 things Bioware should do, #1 being update the player models. Been using the same player models since like 2011 and it shows when you stand next to almost any NPC now.

    • @thecriticalcanadian6284

Honestly, that's a great idea. I have a feeling its going to be ths same player models all the way to the end.

You lied to your followers, adding to thew confusion. You do NOT get to choose two classes per character. You GET one class choice and up to two combat style choices. Your class determines your class story, while your combat style determines your abilities.
Ecxample, you choose Trooper with Sniper combat style. You will do the Trooper story but with Sniper abilities.
You can add to that the the vanguard style. Giving you the ability to switch from one style to the other.

    • @rsick266
      @rsick266 Год назад +3

What? The 2 combat styles literally represent 2 different classes.
I pick Sith Warrior story with ASSASSIN CLASS which has 3 Disciplines: Darkness(tank), Deception(dps), Hatred(dps). Then you can literally choose a second class like SORCERER with 3 other Disciplines you can choose from: Corruption (healer), Lightning (dps), Madness (dps).
Assassin and Sorcerer are 2 different main classes, each with 3 specs. There's no lie here.
The class STORY and PLAYABLE class are 2 different things. You get 1 STORY class option, for well...story and 2 main classes for COMBAT.
