"No pay, no play" is my main motto. I work for a German pharmaceutical company, and if they want something additional from me related to AI, I tell them, "Show me the money," or they can hire an external consultant for ten times the cost. You charge 5 x less than standard consultants for the similar project that you presented :) you need increase your prices.
You said to leave the comment because you do t know if this video is interesting. Bro, I’m listening to it because I work in the caffe washing dishes currently. But I want a better future for myself. AI automations is a great way to go, and your video really really helps me to open my mind for the possibilities. Thank you. Btw, nice that you mentioned jiu jitsu. If you do it, big respect!
Hey, thank you for sharing all of this! It's amazing seeing how you went from no experience to landing clients and being comfortable. I'm at the stage where I started to think about getting into consulting with AI and the impostor syndrome is real haha. May I ask how you ask how you handle pricing for API's like Realtime from OpenAI? Since is so expensive - are you just getting API key from the client? Are they ok with spending such money on the service? I thought Realtime API is to expensive for production for now
I watched it until the end and it was very useful. Your videos are incredibly valuable and not clickbaity. I can’t believe you’re not charging for this. I wish you all the best Bart!
I think Voiceflow is a great tool but in terms of chatbots for businesses (like to put on their websites) I'm not selling these. But I am selling "chat with PDF" apps for businesses to chat with internal documents, and the back end is voiceflow for the chat and then something like OpenAI for the PDFs and Custom GPT
That’s how it happens man, you should go to Upwork and land some jobs and get a feel for what the market currently wants. Also, you might not be approaching the right people, the people who would be interested in your chatbot. Right industry but wrong person = still no interest. Keep going man 💪

Nice work! "Saying yes to something when it is not the right fit is saying no to yourself." I absolutely need to internalize this.
Tough lessons that need to be done. Keep killing it legend 💪

10/10 move, love this. Very tricky managing this kind of relationship in a work environment but you’ve got it in the bag 💪
Love the casual approach, very clear and helpful
Thank you Ziggy 🙏

Btw what do you think about building chatbots using voiceflow for f.e local businesses?

I created one of the best business AI bot last year. Nobody appears to be interested.
