Hi! Yes you can change after the foundation course but the options would be limited and the process will depend upon the institution and the stream you chose. Also, considering the foundation course in minimum 6 months.

@AustraliaWaaley yes didi, I'm currently studying psychology and will complete 2 semesters before transfer. I will be enrolling in third semester of bsc psychology at Curtin Perth commencing July 2nd. As Curtin don't have bsc nursing in July intake, so i am planning to change the course in February 2026. So, basically my question is that can i change to nursing after completing 3 semesters in bsc psychology? Secondly, My IELTS score expires 12th July 2025, so will i need to repeat it for course change as I'll be their current student?

@AustraliaWaaley yes , but it's very competitive to take COE for nursing for Feb intake and I have to apply 4-5 month back can I do this ,At that point of time where I have only studied like 3 months of the semester but I will complete six months then I move to the class in Feb , This will be legally perfect or, what do you think?
@@xilllex hey! I know it’s competitive as this course will 100 percent make you stay in Australia. But then again, as per the new guidelines, study 6 months and then switch. Hopefully you will find something soon.

Yes you can. But you should have studied your primary course for atleast 6 months. Also, your score should be 7 pr equivalent to 7 in IELTS/PTE.

You should have studied the course for 6 months or more before changing to another course.
