When you said “A few minor modifications” I knew they would be a lot of them😂. Great vid as always though!
Lol nice point 🤣

Have you watched his super hornet video? 😂
@@fishnchips5826 ruclips.net/video/I937eGQkrNw/видео.html
true.
It's so easy to forget just how small this model is!!!
unzip your fly, and take a quyick look. U'll clearly see how small looks like
@@TheOutlander82 Been down there have you? You go there often? Was it a complaint or a compliment?
absolutely! i made this one by myself and looking that i constantly think "how is he able to make such a details cos they r so small!" he s a true master, he has very good imagination and patience.
i usually work on 1/72 scale models there really small but i really like it you can buy a lot op pe sets, metal gun barrels, accecories the newer one are really accurate and best of all they dont take up too much space but i do also model in 1/35 and 1/1444
@@sergeykuchkov2887 you should see night shift his armour models are even better than plasmo´s hes amazing in armour models and his paint jobs are also amazing, if you like plasmo i feel like you will absolutely love him
Выглядит прекрасно!
My favorite modeling channel by far! You've got the perfect recipe of tips, camera angles, music, pace, dos, don'ts, length, subjects... The hand painted stripes and numbers put this one over the top.
Your "weld" lines look so GOOD!
I also appreciate the small jokes LOL.
Great work, it fits perfect on the diorama you built for your T-34/85.
Btw, this vid was perfectly timed because I ordered a trumpeter 1:72 is-7 and this will give me a lot of inspiration.👍👍👍
Thats a great little kit, small part count, but really detailed and well molded. Its a great superdetail subject. Also good for learning this paint technique.

For the IS-2, several variants of the upper frontal part of the hull were made. In the photo - one of these, "Zvezda" made a different version.
I was super excited whenever he said “minor modifications”
Plasmo first thing on a Monday? A wonderful way to start the week!
IS-2 is a legend of WW2. Excellent performance of the model! Greetings from Russia
I’ve been building this kit for a year. 🤦🏻♂️ maybe now you’re inspiration to what it can be will help get me moving. Looks great!
One of my favourite 1/72 WW2 Soviet tank kits. I built & completed 2 of them.
The greatest model builder has returned!
Of all the modeling channels I watch this is by far the best!
Truly amazed by the result and how he achieved it.
ruclips.net/video/I937eGQkrNw/видео.html
In my mind Zvezda models were cheap plastic models even cheaper than the old Lodela models made in Mexico back in the 80's/90's which I had de pleasure to build back in the day. Amazing job as always! Cheers!
That's gorgous, you absolutely killed the scale, it looks huge.
And the Master is back. Awesome work, man, as always
absolute genius using the PVC tape! Well done that man!
Considering this guys attention to detail, patients and gentleness this dude is probably really good at relationships
Glad to see you're back at it, feels like so long since you've posted! Great work
Your videos have given me the confidence to ONCE AGAIN attempt plastic models. I've given up trying to make them look as good as yours and I'm just trying to enjoy the experience. Thank you for the inspiration. More TINY airplanes, please!
Each model is a new discovery of improvements!
Congratulations and thanks for sharing!
Watching you work is therapeutic.
thank you for coming back
5:40 I think you meant it the other way round. :P
But still great job as always, you are still my favorite scale modeling youtuber out there and very pleasant to watch. Thank you!
Cripes!! Heck of a job! With the right pics, the thing looks real!
This looks amazing, more details painted than I have seen on a lot of the larger kits. Great work.
*The last fight in Berlin, the IS-2 is really an icon of the end of the WW2! Very realistic model PLASMO!*
Building models for 43 years and I can't even do a 10th of what you do my friend... your an amazing artist
Your videos are very educational and entertaining! Great job, thank you!
Thank you very much. This video proved to me that you don't have to dry brush the living crap out of a model to make it look realistic.
Always brightens my day when I see a new Plasmo upload keep up the fantastic work!
Bellissimo come sempre, Grande Maestro 🔝🙏👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It's so nice how you turn a grey lump of plastic into something that looks metal
This guy and his simple modifications. Lol. Awesome work Plasmo as always.
Как всегда прекрасная работа! As always, great work!
Your modification is very cool and realistic, respect
Had a bad day but now its way better 😉👍
I got a special connection to this kit because it was the first one I built on my own channel. Actually I made a whole tutorial-series about the built und tried my very best to get an impressive result.
No need to mention that my kit did'nt turn out half as good as yours. I really need to spend more time for modifications as I mostly build out of the box.
Another piece of art, including the video and chosen music.
I like this one, just shows what you can creatively achieve with a basic kit!
“after some… minor modifications”
Every pro modeler in a 10 kilometer radius: My time has come
Amazing as always! Thank you for all your content that has taught me so many new and better techniques over the years. You have stepped my modelling up a lot. Cheers.
please do the concorde it's my favoirt aircraft, BTW you have two great talents of being an amzing artis and a gret youtube content creator. Never give up man 😀
Man you are genius. I have this kit and my plans are nowhere near as complicated as yours. About model: only few of is2 tanks has cast nose detail. All other hull parts were from rolled steel including nose details in most tanks.
Далеко не многие, шиповое угловатое соединение было у УЗТМ, а они не были лидерами по количеству произведенных исов. У завода 200 нос литой и скругленный. На тигровом угле есть подробный разбор внешки исов
Beautiful model David. Superb work. Love the plumbers tape solution to tarps. Will be trying that out on my next model.
Amazing work David . Wales UK. 3rd time lucky !
Привет! Спасибо за видео! Отличная модель получилась
Plasmo = Click......such a treat.
Wow this turned out amazingly. It looks like a 1/35 model. Fantastic!
Amazing! Я сейчас собираю "Elefant" от Звезды в масштабе 1/35, модель нравится)
Great video as always! I love how you can take even a snap-together model and give it professional level battle damage and details
Love the idea of the thinned out putty to make the armor texture, I'll definitely have to try that with the IS-2 and T-34-85 for the scene I'll be creating!
I like your wonderful Details and Informations... It still helps ever time after 40 Years of modeling..
I LIKE THE MODEL WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THAT TANK!
Loved the Top Gear’s intro type! 😀
Great work, as always David!!!
NICE ONE !I did this one decade ago, customized a lot too ( fenders, meshed covers, metal gun barrels all materials strictly scavenged ) And track had to be tied down by very thin wire as none of my countless glues reacted kindly when I tested for incompatibility.
Brilliant start to the week. And when you said "A few minor modifications." I think come on a few minor mods? But all joke aside the end result is great keep up the great work.
It’s a very minor modifications, but, I don’t show what is it really modificated on the scale ? :-)
@@johanntrompat if you would have proper eyes and ears maybe you would know
@Johann trompat I have been following plasimo for a while and if you see his older videos on larger kits you'll understand what meant. Being a mature modeller myself watching his videos has shown me a few new tricks.
@Raven1wing1 @EP It's a joke about ''A few minor modifications''. For me, It's a very Big modifications. I'm amazed by this work. I am 10 000 levels under. For me, It's a crazy work. When, I understand ''A few modification'', I choke, I'm sur down, close thé ligth, take pop-corn et admire thé show.
@Johanne trompat I have been doing this hobby for almost 45 years. And with modelling it is always a learning curve. If any modeller says " there is nothing you can teach me about the hobby." Is easily over confident or has no idea. The use of PTFE plumbing tape is a stroke of genius. I would never have thought would work as a 1:72 scale tarpaulin.
What you do from a less than 10€'s model is just fantastic... You are a magician... Please do not hesitate to comment your videos with tools / paint references, tips and so on. Thank you ! 🙏
Beautiful work as always David 👍
Another amazing build!! Thank you Plasmo for sharing it with us!! 👏🏻
ruclips.net/video/I937eGQkrNw/видео.html
Brilliant work. Stunning.
As always WOW!!!! Great job
Fantastic as always ! Always look forward to your videos !
me: builds a model with no adjustments because i don’t have the tools and only superglue and stuff.
this man: builds my exact same model in the same amount of time i can and even better.
me: life sucks.
It's perfekt ...... thanks for your exzellent build projekt!
Was about to make a comment about nearly "chrome-ish" road wheels aspect since they are metal on metal tracks !
Well done !
Again a super video
Du bist ein Künstler..
Hochachtung...
Danke für deine Präsentation
Really brilliant idea and execution. Nice painting job and idea
Someone in Hollywood needs to hire you as a prop maker. Incredible skill.
Beautiful work as always. I am looking forward to your next video.
Très joli. Finitions parfaites. Bravo
this one has got to be one of your best models!
Minor modification = more hard work....
The Best like always....
Thumbs Up Brother!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I especially like the logs for getting out of the mud. Many people don’t know what they were for and seeing them added is a great touch on Russian tanks.
Fantastic Build!!! Nice Work!!!!
when david said 'minor modification' , he mean a lot, alot, a lot, a lot, alot, a lot, a lot, alot, a lot, of modifications
amazing job AGAIN !! i'm stunned
I have been waiting for this glorious moment. I find the IS series heavy tanks to be so fascinating, I'm glad you're doing this model!
Respect,,, so original and pure. 👽✌️
Your modeling skills ( especially with these smaller kits ) are legendary. I build in 1/16 scale RC and am always in awe of what you achieve. (I've got the Torro IS-2 and enjoy it as it is a serious Runner)
looks so awsome great job David
Again so many simple but brilliant ideas. Thank you for these videos!
Thanks for this, recently bought the 1/100 scale version of this tank, I now know how to make it look good
You have some super thick Teflon tape! I’ve never seen Teflon tape that thick in the US. Yours almost looks as thick as a stick of chewing gum!
Well done kit. I’m glad you were able to finally get one to completion.
Fantastic... pure killer, great job Plasmo!
Excellent model! It shows that with some elbow grease you can create stunning results with a seemingly simple kit.
The way the tracks were attached was very clever. Should be standard on that type of track in this scale!
More gentleman's scale builds, please!
ruclips.net/video/I937eGQkrNw/видео.html
Good stuff as always David. However, the IS-2 turret front was bolted to the main casting with an internal flange. It definitely wasn’t welded on because removing it was how the main armament was changed. Don’t feel bad about this - I saw exactly the same by a modeller who is very knowledgeable about Soviet armour so it can happen to anyone!
it looks so epic ive built some models but this is so cool you transformed it absolutly amazing.good job
👌✌🤟🤘

Spare fuel tanks were used only for fuel. Oil(that you wrote on it) was never stored in them simply because it could lead to damage of these liquids from mixing - logic.
Just a little mistake, in general the model is awesome👍
You're no Modeler, You're a Plastic Surgeon. 😮 nice work.
Been waiting for you man! I always glad when you upload new videos
Thank you for another incredible build! Also I think the proper term for little snakes of epoxy should be "wormy dealies" lol
beautiful, like always...
Good job!
This is more intriguing than anything that's on tv.
Once again blown away!
Outstanding as always 👏
