Well good for this anime it actually has a great story too so it's not just the animation that makes this anime a banger. But not surprised that someone younger is only interested in the animation. It's the reason mid shows like KNY (which does have peak tier animation) which have an average story compared to Wistoria and a couple of the others you mentioned in this video (not all as a couple of them are mid too story wise) are so popular. Don't get me wrong I do not "hate" any of the shows mentioned in this video (on the contrary I like most of them for one reason or another like OPM for it's satire which is actually stupid af but still funny to me) but to claim the animation in Wistoria is the only thing "carrying" it is just bs. Then again this younger generation as whole (not every single person though, there are some level headed, unbiased views out there) only cares about animation which is why story telling in anime has actually declined since the 80's, 90's and early 2000's in general. I can agree that bad animation (or CGI in some cases) can ruin an anime (like EX-ARM which is just awful) but at the same time there are anime in existence that have good animation that are just horrible (see Gibiate which while there are some lackluster scenes animation wise a lot are similar to shows you mentioned).
