    Are you telling me that there is a difference between religion and spirituality? I'm not going to ask you if there's a difference between Gawd and "The Most High" because I definitely know those are the same things.

      Yes, there is a difference between religion and spirituality. First, religion is group participation within an institution. Institutions externalize our consciousness so that we put value on rituals, icons, and associations. Second, spirituality need not be group-oriented because it is focused on knowing our inner identity.
      Spirituality may become group-oriented when inner knowledge is shared as in teaching it to others.
      No, there is no difference between God and the Most High. We invent and depend on words or language to communicate ideas. But some ideas such as the Most High are ineffable. In fact, The Most High is nameless.
      That is logical because there is nothing prior to the Most High that could name the Most High. 'Same' implies multiplicity, but the Most High is not multiple nor a Unity, thus 'exactly 'what' could possibly be the 'same' as 'another'?' The Most High is not 'whatness'. I think we agree.
