I would just like to say, due to some of these comments, that you don't have to be religious to enjoy their Christmas music. I am an atheist and can still appreciate and listen to good Christmas music. You do not have to shun a religion just because you are not a part of it. Some of my most favorite songs are Christmas songs. For instance: this song (the PTX version) is one of may favorite songs because it sounds beautiful and it holds great meaning, and it doesn't matter whether i believe in that meaning or not. If you are not part of a religion, that does not mean you can't appreciate some aspects of it. Especially harmless and beautiful aspects like music.

Avi's solo made me cry. The amount of talent in this group is unimaginable. There is not one cover you guys have made that is anything less than outstanding.
It's confusing how Pentatonix have been such successful tv competition winners (possibly the most successful of all the other tv singing competition winners), yet the Sing-Off still remains unknown to the public. The show has SO much potential, but NBC really just needs to give it the same attention and promotion that it gives The Voice
Have you all noticed how the members of the group move around in close quarters in their videos, yet they never bump into each other or seem cramped or concerned about where each other is. They are like a huge flock of birds or a huge school of fish that can change direction instantly without ever colliding. They have done this in video after video - they are plugged into each other on some sort of wavelength just like they are with their music. Is there a word that means extraordinary only it's double the superlative?
Helen Ayres If that's the case, they just do that choreography thing better than the rest. But there is more to it than that. They have a comfort around each other that's more natural than in other groups that I have seen at least. It's all the more amazing because they don't have a particular spot that stays the same from song to song. You never know who is going to be standing where. Whatever it is - it's PRETTY cool!

It's confusing how Pentatonix have been such successful tv competition winners (possibly the most successful of all the other tv singing competition winners), yet the Sing-Off still remains unknown to the public. The show has SO much potential, but NBC really just needs to give it the same attention and promotion that it gives The Voice

I'd honestly never heard of it until i got turned on to these guys.
Have you all noticed how the members of the group move around in close quarters in their videos, yet they never bump into each other or seem cramped or concerned about where each other is. They are like a huge flock of birds or a huge school of fish that can change direction instantly without ever colliding.
They have done this in video after video - they are plugged into each other on some sort of wavelength just like they are with their music.
Is there a word that means extraordinary only it's double the superlative?
It's called choreography and lots of rehearsal ;o)

But there is more to it than that. They have a comfort around each other that's more natural than in other groups that I have seen at least. It's all the more amazing because they don't have a particular spot that stays the same from song to song. You never know who is going to be standing where.

It's called "overtone" a singing technique where a singer is producing two different notes at the same time. It take alot of training to do
