What would you advise landlords who are considering doing Airbnb as opposed to the standard 1 year lease rental? Especially now with covid effects slowly wearing out?

I suspect a majority of future off plans will be marketed as short term rentals.

That will have a drastic effect on the hotel market here which is a big revenue for the government. To combat that they will have to bring in a tax on either the landlord or the tenant
