I am in CA 🇨🇦🙂. I work here as a receptionist.I landed in CA and within a week I got job also I'm not a skill person.
I started applying for jobs when I was in India. 👍🏻
Some things to be understand here: ✔️
- if you coming to ca, make this thing clear in your mind that you won't be getting that job or same position work -- that you have been doing in your home country.
- If you don't have Canadian education or work experience..don't expect jobs get to u easily.
- You can have survival jobs in CA for time being...like be a waiter, cashier, driver, food delivery jobs ...!! Then after some savings, do some short term course. You will get your desired job.

@@ilovei11 My age 26..i hv honours(3yr ), m.a in Geography(2yr), b. Ed degree(2yr). With 4yr teaching xprnce in India gvt rank 1resdntial schools.. Now my crs score is 403with overall ielts 7 bands.. If my ielts score is 8777den my crs score is 475..but its very hard to me to get 8777score in ielts.. Then i m thinking, if i go study visa.. For m. Ed degree(2year).... But any possibility/bright future of teching profession in Canada?
@@bestonlinetuition7835 Answer is Positive. 👍🏻As long as the degrees are recognized by the province or territory, then yes. B.Ed degree will be necessary for teacher certification in any Province.
You have to be the certified by the province whee you wish to work.
(Because you can't teach in Canada without being certified by a teaching certification body in the province where you want to live. Similar to Canadians, certification will require you to meet all the conditions set up by the education body. These conditions range from B.Ed or equivalent, English proficiency, immigration status etc. This is for sure long process but it is possible to accomplish)
Check with the department of Education where you want to work to see what they require of you.
✔️ I'm not sure but you might have to take some post-degree courses to get up to speed with Canadian curriculum and school law.
I've heard from consultants, your teaching degree will not allow you to teach unless you take steps which includes extra studying and practicum work - to match the level with the Canadian teachers & understanding of their school-law.
I would recommend to get your PR from their - your journey will be good here.
PR is granted if your age, language skills, education and experience results in you achieving a CRS score that is above the cut off particular intake. With the respect of education, you get more points for advanced degrees. I would suggest you come as a PR - you are very qualified. Calculate your CRS score using the calculator. The most recent intake required a 449 to get an invitation to apply for PR.
I know especially for teachers the bar is very high for IELTS because you will be teaching Canadian children.
Also, your second option coming on student visa that is also a good idea . Sure, go for it. If your are intelligent, hard worker ... This country is for you. 🙂
& I hope this msg helps and I cleared few basics.
All d best & welcome to Canada.

its only possible study visa(m. Ed)>work permit(3year)>apply pr.. Den Techr license(any other techr rltd course)..but overall its very long journey nd some financial prblm also😑😓
Very much Worried.. which options is better for me.work hard and get the band 8777-express entry visa.. Ya study visa(2yr m. Ed>3yr work permit >pr).
@@bestonlinetuition7835 🙂 Go for it. Your life will change. Mystory: Our family did ten years of hard struggle + staying away from eachother. Now I'm 24yrs old , I can proudly say after few years by means before age of 30 - I can buy my own house in CA. Which means - a average person like me who is not Doctor/Engineer.. can have luxury Life here then why not you.
Also, we all know the power of Canadian dollar against Indian currency + The Lifestyle of Canada & sense of safety here ; which only few countries can match it's level.
✔️I know the process is long. And that's good to know, you've already done ur work/calculation.
By your first comment, I can tell u r a true hardworker & I see potential in you. Everyone life is same here, in beginning the few years especially the first/years are hard, to understand the laws, culture, adjusting in new environment.
First few years, Be always ready for survival jobs...like working in food industry, receptionist, sales, etc.
Save money - once you are stable here. You can support your family as well. 👍🏻
If PR score that process is not working . 👍🏻 Then, Come on Student visa - as 70% people are coming by that way only..so, you can also follow that path. ✔️
Apparently you guys are: 1.Well educated 2.Young 3.Speak perfect accent-free English 4.Good looking 5.Articulate and smart. This means you ALREADY have large advantage over most Indians who immigrate to Canada.
accent free? lol
We applied for PR. Got invitation for my family within 10 months. Landed in GTA in 2016. Stayed there for a one month vacation became PRs. Observed many things and spoken to many of my friends while I was there. Situation was pathetic in a nutshell. Went back to continue my job in Middle East.
For 3 4 years I thought about what should we do. Should we move or not.
Ultimately decided to let go the PR status & not Waste my savings on this PONZY scheme.
Still working in Middle East and in Europe, family shifted back to India purchased a premium apartment a nice car. With our foreign savings I can easily retire in India - I'm still 39!
Best decision ever!!!

Hi, I am working as sr. Specialist in IT company and my husband is a C.A. we have a 4 years old son. We are preparing for IELTS. My hubby is quite confident and I am scared as we have to leave everything behind which we built till now. Can you help me is it worth to leave all?
We agree it is not a easy decision to make. But still a very personal decision to make. You can think of it as a leap of faith and it is entirely up to you if you want to try this out. No one can say what will happen and that is why we pray, hope for the best and put our best foot forward, right? No country is an utopia. Weight the pros and cons, and we truly believe people who truly enjoy Canada are not here just for the $$$. As long as you have your target in mind, why you are coming to Canada, rest any problems will always seem like small hiccups compared to the bigger picture. Just know that you always have a country to go back to if you don't like it here. Most people don't. And when we were thinking about it, we had this mindset, " we will give it a shot even though we feel scared, if we leave this opportunity at this moment, we might not have this choice later and end up regretting on wondering rest of our life what would our life have been if we went...."
And it is not like people struggle through out their life. It is just the major initial phase in our experience, those first 3-4 years. But it depends on the field of your profession, which does have an impact on this initial journey. And actually I would personally say IT and Accounting are the two safest professions in this regard looking at the job mkt demand.
It is important to research the career prospects. For the career perspective, watch this video - ruclips.net/video/U9OD9t41574/видео.html
Also know that CA is not recognized here- but there is a way to convert CA to CPA which is actually recognized here.

Managing winter, take all your vacations in the last week of January to 1st week of February and go to India or some other warm place. It breaks winter into two parts instead of long 61/2 months. Usually in summer you don't need vacation. Days are longer and there are quite a number of long weekends. I lived here for more than 46 years. No complaints about winter. I hate the summers in Texas or Florida. Too hot. That is just personal liking.
Yah! It really does sound like a great idea. :D
Just wanted to know How do they survive in winters like how do they work and manage daily life chores
Go on to become a representative for an a educational institution. You will probably spend 4 months in Canada while the other 8 in India. Canada economy has a big chunk in respect to tuition fee brought in by international students.
If I move canada for studying MBA then after completing my study If I move back to canada then also I have to face lots of struggles in Canada
Hi, quite an informative video! My question to you, just because i want to financially aid myself as soon as I land myself, do companies focus on "gap year" if I'm sitting in interviews over there, since you mentioned that you need to come with a mindset that you might not get a job easily and it might take time
So questions about GAP year may be asked anywhere, be it India or Canada. As long as you are prepared with a reasonable explanation it should be all that gets all the attention in the interview, If you have the skills, qualifications, n exp they want.
I like the winter's in Canada...born and raised

- if you coming to ca, make this thing clear in your mind that you won't be getting that job or same position work -- that you have been doing in your home country.
- If you don't have Canadian education or work experience..don't expect jobs get to u easily.
- You can have survival jobs in CA for time being...like be a waiter, cashier, driver, food delivery jobs ...!! Then after some savings, do some short term course. You will get your desired job.
- Build contacts.
- don't give up! 🎉 All the best to everyone & welcome to Canada. 👍🏻
Look on your significant other when you said even husbands have to do chores ;)

IRCC has contacted all those with expired coPR and has given them an ultimatum to enter Canada. However, all new immigrants would have to undergo a mandatory 3-day hotel quarantine costing a minimum of $2000!!! Why is IRCC forcing immigrants to come even though the situation is not good at all with no security and no jobs? Is it worth to come to Canada now? Is there any new immigrants who landed in Canada during these difficult times? It's so confusing to make a good decision.

Yes, a PR can study as well whenever they want. In fact instead of paying the international student fee (which is usually 3 times the domestic fee) as a PR just like a Canadian citizen you pay domestic fee.
Can you tell me about holidays or leaves what employees are entitled to in Canada.. Can you make a separate video about it, I heard that it's only 2 week per year and no sick leave
It’s 2 weeks holidays after a year employment. Sick days are up to the company you work for.

Boss, you can’t complain that you need to talk in English in Canada and I feel home sick even if I got out to another states. These can’t be counted as issues.
Hi sir I have completed my bachelor's in hotel management 2020 with 6 month internship can you tell me about hospitality job availability there in service or kitchen
Hey currently its not a great time for hospitality industry as you might already know because of the pandemic. But if you are thing to come on a study permit then its fine because by the time you ll come and complete your studies the economy would have recovered.
When are you coming back then?😝

If one person come on study visa, you can also apply for Open work permit for the other partner. This way they can also come to Canada with you and even work here while you study.
