Hi there, i have 2011 cayenne v6. CEL on with a P025A fuel pump activation, electrical fault, circuit open. Fuel pump has been replaced. Vehicle drove better but still running rough at idle. Any ideas? Would it be the fuel pump regulator?
Very very helpful. But I have what may be a dumb question. You mentioned a jet pump that moves fuel from one side of the tank to the other. Is that part of this new pump or is that a completely separate part? I seem to be having an issue with fuel once I'm around 1/4 tank and or on steep hills under 1/2 tank. It sputters and dies, but if I fill the tank it starts and runs fine again. I figure if I'm going to replace a filter and pump... I might as well replace the jet pump if that's a separate part. I really appreciate any advice or tips. Thank you very much in advance. :Nic
One pump and a jet valve to scavenge fuel from the left side to the right side of the tank. The right side where the pump is will always have most of the fuel as the tank is emptied.
@@ThompsonAutoTest , I guess 11+ Cayenne may have a different fuel system. Looks like my 09 Cayenne 4.8NA has 2 pumps inside the tank -one on the left and one on the right side of the tank.
2013 cayenne turbo diesel 3.0 lol i have only one pump on the right side and pump cover with 3 wire connector no pump on the left.right pump is working but i have no pressure on the rails.wth
Hello I have a panamera 4s. Recently due to fuel leak the garage changed the fuel filter. After driving for 2 days, an alarm on dashboard came up saying reduced engine power. Upon taking to the garage they changed the fuel filter. After 2 days same message popped up. Took it to garage and since than 4 filters have been changed. Apparently the L joint on filter is cracking after 2 days. Garage has no idea what could cause the L joint to crack. Perhaps you can throw some light. Thanks

@@turki600 They have clips so you can remove the seat bottom cushion. Then you can take off the bolts and pull it out

i have a 2013 r line mine dies at the line in between the red mark and 1/4 mark.

to remove the rear seats the airbag connector causes problems or there are no problems
The seat belt and seat occupancy connector must be unplugged before removing seat.
