When you're younger you very easily pick up little pieces of accents from while you're there, and they only show up while you're around that specific peer group. Also, because the midlands accent is mostly neutral, it's REALLY easy to lift accents like that, even without the additional factors. With Gura, I think that's why she finds it really easily to nail accents and pronunciation of other languages like when she sings in Japanese. (That's also anecdotal, as I grew up like that and also found foreign language pronunciation really easy to pick up because I traveled a lot when I was younger). Also, Gura has another shift happen with her and other accents, but it's always more subtle and there's only one I can think of easily. When she jokes around with chat or her cat about being dumb she says, _"Are you Stoopiiid?"_ with a type of vowel emphasis that I don't think she ever uses anywhere else, and that is totally a Hispanic pronunciation, and the kind of thing that you'd use to tease people as a kid.

The natural pitch in their tone of voice is almost on the same level. Mume's voice is slightly higher than Gura's, but if Mume lowers her pitch, she can imitate Gura's voice. It's uncommon but not impossible. Similar to how JP Hologirls can imitate Pekora's laugh and sometimes match it.

After listening to it about 10 times, the 'eiii' part of Mumeis 'Mumei' lasts for a slight bit longer or Guras ends a bit earlier, but otherwise, its the same.
