Adiyogi, is the originator of all indian classical dance-forms. No kathak introduction is total without a visual or verbal say of the substance of Shiva. Natraj, as he is alluded to, is the infinite vitality that dwells within the cadence and tunes of all Kathak introductions.
Dhrupad, musically composed by Master Pt Rajendra Gangani ji. This verse perfectly portrays the wonderfulness of Shiva, decorated with the rudra avtar, his ethereal adornments, and glories. Composed in musical varieties of Taal Chautaal, this dhrupad basically combines the taal-pradhan zestful enhance of the Jaipur Gharana of kathak, with the Bhakti heredity , found submerged in our classical expressions.
