Man, the worst part I use to hate about this game was when I got 5 starred and when I got out my car to run from the police, one of their cars straight hit me and I died except they kept on shooting. (Especially the ones with shotguns).

Why is the loading screen different on consoles? For me on pc when I see a picture, the background is white.
Because those are the new updated loading screens
