Rip murven shippers. Don't get me wrong I shipped Raven and Murphy too but I think It was just because I really wanted Raven to have someone to hold on to.
Murphy and Emori loved each other since the day one and i'm happy that they got their happy ending!
I put that pic of Richard and Luisa in a way to thank them for being unproblematics kings and because their friendship off-screen is EVERYTHING.
P.S. I'm still mad about what happened to Bellarke.

Oh yeah without a doubt. He was growing as a person already but falling in love with her really catalyzed it. And I think it's not about the fact that he cared for her and thus learned to care for anyone but himself ... that's part of it, for sure, but I think that's the most superficial/eventual layer of it. I really think the crux of his change is that she caused him to be willing to trust someone else to love _him_. After all he'd been through, it's no wonder he'd been so emotionally self-isolated, but she made him realize someone could genuinely care about him, and that he could be safe with a person who did that. And her being courageous and trusting toward him, even after she'd also been so hurt in her past, showed him that he could do the same and extend that trust himself.
They're such amazing characters.

I don't know why I expected not to cry. :P Excellent video. Goddamn what a fantastically written and acted pair. The whole show is full of incredible acting, incredible relationships, and incredible individual characters, but these two take the cake for me on so many levels. Murphy especially. His arc is just extraordinary, especially toward the end. When Indra says "I'm proud of you, Murphy" and he says "... Yeah, get in line", that will probably always be my favorite moment of his.
I wish Emori had had more screen time and development (but of course I wish that for the entire show), but Luisa made up for it by communicating huge messages with her body language and facial expressions. They're both among the most skilled actors I've ever seen, and I hope we see a lot more from each.
