In this insightful session, we bring together three successful UPSC CSE achievers-Areeba Saghir (AIR 253), Komal Garg (AIR 221), and Shruti Sharvan (AIR 882)-to share their strategies for beginners. These inspiring individuals discuss the common struggles and regrets faced by many UPSC aspirants, emphasizing that discipline is the key to success, often outweighing mere motivation in the rigorous journey of UPSC preparation.
The speakers dive deep into the practical aspects of preparation, stressing the importance of incorporating regular test series into your study plan. Rather than burning out by studying long hours every day, they advocate for a more structured approach that ensures comprehensive coverage of the syllabus and boosts confidence through consistent practice.
UPSC preparation, as portrayed by Areeba, Komal, and Shruti, is more than just an academic endeavor-it's a transformative journey that broadens one’s horizons and deepens the understanding of various subjects. They encourage aspirants to enjoy the process, seeing it not as a burden but as an opportunity for personal growth and intellectual enrichment.
A crucial takeaway from this discussion is the importance of making personal notes for effective revision. As the UPSC exam is not an open-book test, the ability to quickly revise key concepts is vital. The speakers emphasize that well-organized personal notes are invaluable for this purpose, helping aspirants retain information and perform better in the exam.

i dont want to be ias ips etc and dont want to give upsc here are the reasons
      1) there is only 0.08 percent select
      2) slaraty of ias ips dosent worth as we do very much hard work
      3) completely waste of time
4)civil servants dosent help country as if there are only 1000 people preparing for upsc then it would be benificial for india but now indias youth is wasting time and most of them are unemployed
if you want to give upsc you give, but i am 1000% sure that you will not be ias ips ras ifs etc. if u dont belive, after your upsc prep visit this comment. worst of luck. by this comment if anyone is demotivated and left his prep then i am very proud of it as i have saved one youth. if you dont want to be upsc you try enterprenurship stock market investing content creation coding editing teaching job you are doing etc which have high job ratio
