Apple Oatmeal Cookies | Best Easy Recipe

These Apple Oatmeal cookies have an Incredible burst of sweet cinnamon apple goodness. You’ll love these!
The Recipe:
1-1/4 cups cake & pastry flour
1-1/4 cups Old Fashion rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup diced Granny Smith apple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
In a mixing bowl, combine butter and brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract.
Add flour mixture to egg and vanilla mixture and mix until combined, then mix in apples.
Scoop dough and drop onto parchment-lined baking sheets
Bake for 15 minutes.
