Watching this video had me worried at first, but the arm panels popped off pretty easily on my banshee when I was taking them off. If it makes a difference, I got under the triangular piece with a hobby knife and twisted gently. Hopefully it helps anyone watching this.
As someone insane to just kitbash a kit to come with every equipment possible, I'd say you can just equip the other Armed Armors back to the regular Banshee. I call it Full Armor Banshee because it's a Unicorn Perfectibility with two less Armed Armors (one DE and no Hyper Javelin).

I apply small pressure to pull them out

It could. Scale is the same. It may take a lot of kitbashing to do so

For sure. The frame is the same between the Unicorns so everything fits
