For those wondering why this wasn’t uploaded to TMX:
This run, driven by pasta, used a LIS (low input strat).
A LIS is a run driven with only a few inputs, and he used TAS to find this same run. He found that by using six frame perfect presses and releases (100fps frame perfect/0.01s) he could get WR. He grinded this for months before finally getting this attempt.
This record will not be uploaded to TMX, because the moderators asked him not to. You can read more about this decision here:

@@aughlnal7333 Pretty sure comp patch can only detect if inputs are basically directly "injected" into the game. Macros just tell your input device wich buttons to press and look exactly the same to the game. Could be wrong though. Either way thats a silly reason because you can not only macro LIS but also complex stuff (Trabadia A01 cheating comes to mind). So they can't detect macros already anyways to my understanding.

@@aughlnal7333 There is more than enough evidence to prove it wasn't cheated, the problem comes from people calling his strategy "cheating". The community was split, but most people complained that it would ruin leaderboards being filled with a hundred tied world record runs. They saw this as making leaderboards no longer skill based, but rather who can time the inputs correctly. This debate is what led the TMX moderators to their conclusion. Hope this helps clear any confusion :)
