Constructive criticism: I think the colors and design you picked for the interface doesn't fit Terraria at all
I would try using more natural colors and turning the interface into something... Like a wooden board for example

Decided to use this mod with my Infernum/Eternity playthrough since i'm not good enough for them but still wanna play them, and it is a little overpowered but it is very cool and fun to use

terraria overhaul. it adds alot more than just the weapon swinging change, so if you just want a swing effect i recommend looking for a dif mod
