I tried to find the lasagnelove.org but the website does not exist. I tried .com and it isn't there either. Hmmm...When I make my meat sauce, I use parsley and sweet basil. I never use oregano anymore. I don't know why the egg....but when I was young (20's) I learned to mix cottage cheese w/eggs to make the cheese mixture. It was cheaper that way!!!
I am just watching this now, but when making for other people, you touched your face and put back your hair too many times. Don't think you even noticed you were doing it, because you were talking. And continuing to wipe your hands again and again on that towel. It scares me also in these days to go to church functions and have other people bring food. Scary. But.... love your silly attitudes, and most of all, like it when you tell people to be nice to other people. We certainly need that in this world.
Oven ready lasagna noodles are the best and convenient, especially because you won’t have to worry about runny sauce because these noodles will absorb any liquid

I learned to make lasagna from an Italian I use ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese
