Welcome back to another Kingdom Death Playthrough, this time the 5 Lantern Year campaign from the new Black Knight expansion, Squires of the Citadel.

18:05 - technically, Elle has suffered Spiral Age, she just removed no tokens, so the special event should have been triggered
20:50 - Cain is a sword specialist, so you roll before chosing a HL to resolve
28:30 - you can only remove the luck token, since speed and damage are bonus attributes and not tokens
31:35 - you dont change the facing of the monster when you "place" him, it's not a "move"
38:30 - she doesn't get a survival, since you didn't attack with the dagger
42:15 - dagger specialist can only reroll failed wound attemps, so everybody would have been blown away :(
44:10 - I can't see the card, but by default Spiral Age affects all survivors with Age tokens, so Owen should have gained XP as well
46:30 - Cain has Deflect 2 from Felbrandt+armor set
48:50 - Iola should have suffered Chatter
50:55 - Owen should have suffered Chatter and doubled the age tokens on each of his attacks
You forgot about the Chatter after this until Cain's attack
57:28 - tough doesnt work on Phoenix's trap, so it is death for Iola :'(
And to answer your question, you can try to gain insanity from Chatter on the monster's turn
