Owners of condo and coops in NYC with D ratings essentially will be hit with either an avalanche of penalties and/or expensive assessments that will compare to what condo owners are experiencing in southern Florida like in Miami. Combined with local law11 this will make living in NYC a luxury that is unaffordable to most owners.
