- This is something I do daily, once per each morning and once at night, and usually in between the day when I am facing a conflict and need inner guidance. Sometimes, even when I come up with a premonition and just want to write something down before I forget, I will write as well. You will find looking back on your work, that you discover amazing things that were calling you all along. I do believe that using a journal is quite healthy for the mind and is like self help therapy.

I’m in grad school, working full time, completing my supervision hours, and trying to be a decent mom. I started getting depressed because my life felt redundant. But I started writing in a gratitude journal and it’s helped a lot! Good for you. Self care is the best
I believe in many gods, but I'm also glad you found your own spirituality in spite of the tough times happening lately. I wish you well as you keep up on your path.

I wish I spent more time with God, even if he does or doesn’t hear my prayers, i still do them in hopes that I don’t receive an answer, but a beautiful silence that fils my soul with joy. And who knows, maybe if o keep praying those answers will find a way to show themselves to me in my day to day life.

I love the spiritual entries lately. Quarantine is particularly isolating, as if it wasn't hard enough to find like minded people.
Covid has so many of us on a deeper search, it good to feel that rapport with someone, even if on youtube.

Exactly! We are all going through some form of struggle or another.. But it is great time to isolate and work on ourselves. I am currently working on a serious issue and it's hard but I know and have faith I can overcome this through Him! Amen.

@@inigogil4191 the Bible clearly says fortune telling is wrong and sinful. I’ve been watching tony since 2011 and I love him but, I’m really confused by his new “Christianity journey”. It doesn’t suit him. He was much more informative about spirit before his new obsession with “god”

This is genuinely a lovely and sweet video. Relaxing even though I'm not really religious. But also all I can think about when he shows the title page of that journal is that scene in Gilmore Girls where Lane's mom grabs the Bible that Dave "forgets" so Lane can return it to him in the Thanksgiving episode: "This Bible belongs to God but is being used by Dave Rygalski" 😬
I am a psychology student going for a bachelor of science and I had a mental health crisis over the last few days... I realized it was partially caused by diving completely into the scientist mindset for my schoolwork: believing that everything in the mind has a biological basis and everything including spirituality can be explained away, judging people based on performance metrics, etc. This ASMR has been a wonderful way to "bring balance to the force" in my perspective w/ great ideas for simple practices to stay connected with God. Thank you :)
