I'd like to add that I wasn't paid to make this video, I just absolutely LOVE the sport of Ninja / Sasuke and I'd love to get more people involved!! Ever since I first saw the original Japanese version of Ninja Warrior UK, ninja as a sport has been close to my heart and now is the time to make it into an official sport!

@@KinnikuNINJA I did really well mate and absolutely loved it! Such great value for money too pal. I would advise anyone who goes to buy the package of gloves and sweatbands if they don't have those items already as I made the mistake of not using gloves, which made it so hard to get grip later on once I got sweaty hands. Did the big wall 1st time so was chuffed about that, and loved certain apparatus like the rings. Also, my muscles have never looked so jacked after a single workout before as what they did from doing this course. I can't stress enough about just how good this place is and all the staff were both friendly and helpful... definitely going back again soon.

There is 2hour course or 1 hour course (4+). Which course would you recommend for adults who doesn't do exercise normally.😂 Doesn't have enough arm strength but would love to enjoy various course.
2 hours for sure. With the inflatables and other things there, you'll run out of time in just one hour and won't get to try everything.
