Don't Let Go was inspired by people in my life who've dealt with mental health difficulties. As someone who has also struggled with anxiety, I know all too well how alone it can make you feel in your troubles. The reality is that the vast majority of us will either have dealt with mental health issues or will know someone who has. This is something that affects every single one of us. The more open we can be about mental health, the less alone we can help others to feel when they're struggling. This song is really special to me, I'd really love to know what you think of it ❤️

This song really needs more recognition.
The sad truth is, everyone will experience mental health issues, or know someone who has, and sometimes, it's not easy to talk about. Some may find it difficult to confide in others, while some may dismiss the underlying problem altogether.
This song is amazing, and gives a very important message.
