I read this series originally one book at a time, left waiting for each book to be written and published. Since then I have reread the whole series multiple times and enjoy it every single time. For me, though, this is always the book that feels like hitting a brick wall, completely stopping the story in its tracks. For me, the boredom I feel with this particular book is almost killing the story. I know many readers feel that this is their favourite book, but I just struggle with it. This is the only book in the series that makes me feel like this, but I always persevere to the end to ensure my rereads are always complete. I’ve just started another reread yesterday and aim to finish them all in the next month or so.

I'm catching up on some of your older videos and also fall into the camp of either Gunslinger & Wizard and Glass being my favorites out of the Dark Tower series.

Just finished and it has to be my favorite so far. Its either the gunslinger or the wastelands in second and definitely the drawing of the three at the bottom.

I just finished Wizard and Glass today. What an incredible book. Not sure if I should go to Wolves of the Calla next or wind through the keyhole.

@DanEllingson23 I have read the series both ways, and as much as I love wind through the keyhole, the series was originally written without it. Therefore, it messes up the flow a bit when added in the middle. It's up to you but I think it works better if you go straight to Wolves.
