      Goodal doesn't work for boosting collagen though, as it contains vit c in d form of a fruit extract. So it's good for pigmentation n brightening. But for anti aging u need an actual l ascorbic serum ( preferably encapsulated or liposomal) or ethyl ascorbic acid, or a cocktail of different forms of vit c. Btw I am not criticizing u, just letting u know ,so u can make informed choices. Basically we need vit c to penetrate deep into d dermis to boost collagen n have an anti ageing effect, and vit c extracts like kakadu plum extract or tangerine extract like in d case of goodal will not penetrate deep into ur dermis.

    • @lovinglife419
      @lovinglife419 Месяц назад

      @@xyz-jv9df That’s not accurate. While it does contain 70% tangerine extract, it also contains a stable form of vitamin c called ascorbyl glucoside - which is proven to boost collagen production, fade hyperpigmentation and promote firmness. Some people might be irritated by the citrus factor in the product, but it packs a punch.

    Sunscreen is the #1 thing you need. Even if you did absolutely nothin more than wear sunscreen every single day (as in no other actives are used, just wash your face and wear sunscreen), you’ll see far better results from that than anything else. Also, I would put retinoids over vitamin C any day! Obviously, using both in your routine (vit c in the morning and retinoid at night), is even better but if I had to choose one, I’d choose retinoids over vit c and I know several derms who agree.

    Well, I'm just in my early 30's, and I have 2 kids, one is a teenager that people swear is my brother, and my youngest has never been confused for my daughter, everyone thinks they're my siblings. Door-to-door sellers always ask me if there's an adult at home which works for me because I tell them no and they go their way ( I'm not mean, i just dont need what they're selling), when i buy something its hard to convinced them and i have to show my id to prove my age, it sound silly but it happens a lot. Well, the thing is that I occasionally eat junk food, I cook everything by just using water or just a table spoon of oil if it really needs to and I drink a lot of water, specially Alkaline water and, I always get compliments about how clear my skin is and my glow. Of course, I used moisturizer, but I dont have a brand, I just go to the store and grab one. I think water is the key as well 😉.
