Great video!! Exactly what I needed to see!! Thank you Steve!!
Glad it was helpful!
Best explanation of delta & theta that I have seen, TY!👏
Delta is the amount that the value of the option changes per $1 movement of the underlying stock. To my knowledge, it has nothing to do with "probability" of the option moving ITM.
Thanks for the simple explanation!
Awesome 👍
Excellent tutorial. Concise and helpful. Thanks.
Thanks James!
This made it so simple. Especially the pros and cons
I’m glad it helped!
Excellent explanation w/out a lot of jargon.
I try to make it easy because I know this is overwhelming for many people 🙏🏻
Great! The most straightforward & easy to understand, beginner (prox) level video I have ever seen. Keep up the good work.
Whoa this means a lot! Thank you!
Wheel good video!
thank you from Depoe Bay, Or.
Hey Steve? What was the option strategy you used to grow your wealth?
Thanks
Thanks for watching!
Say we selected a strike price of 190 and sold cash secured puts. Could the option buyer force me to buy shares at 190 if the price went up to 185 before the expiration date?
Great video, very easy to follow. Can you share your flatform use for trading stocks? Thanks
I like Schwab and Fidelity!

What happens if a Canadian uses these platforms? Are we charged more? Are we allowed to open accounts in the US platform?
Any hints for aussies
Do you have any videos on what to do if the cash secured put is in the money?
I can make a video on this. But in a nutshell, I don't mind buying the shares if the contracts go ITM. I'll then sell covered calls against my assigned shares.
Thanks for the video! Please make videos on how to do technical analysis charts!
You got it!
最高素晴らしい致します👍👍👍
Thank you!!!
I just got to this video, Amazon is now at $168 so it’s a nice profit if you managed to get it at $125. On the order page it has loss of $12,190 - what does that mean? Also - can you sell a put at a price higher than the stock value? That seems to have a high premium. Had you agreed to buy at $140 you would be in profit as well by now
Steve, I've never heard that Delta relates to probability of ITM - who told you that?
Question: If we can only contribute 7500 a year for 2024, how can I get to 100K in 7 years even in 10 years. Please explain.
Why don't you do it weekly? And don't do it on the week of earnings.
Steve - Your initial explanation at 0:36 is confusing. "We are selling the rights to someone else so that they can sell us their shares for a lower price...." lacks implied logic. Could you please consider re-phrasing that?
