Great work. Really like how you ground down the back - it definitely adds to the wave structure.

I watched the video now 3 times... I can't believe what you did with a flip disc. And an angle grinder. As I tell people in my Instagram post. Dan comes up with some genius ideas and does such great work!!!!!

Absolutely spectacular. I've watched several videos on wavy flags, as I want to attempt my first one and your video how-to is simply the best. I just subscribed as well.

I love this flag. I always wanted to do the 2x4 version because I have lots of scrap 2x4s, but I never liked the weight of the finished flag. I think I'll rip them down to the dimensions you used, so I get your size of flag with FREE lumber. Thank you for some great ideas.

Very nice. Could tell me a little more about what machine you used to cut out the vinyl stars please? I really like that approach for making the union since my carving skills are not very good. Thanks

I use a silhouette cameo but a cricket would also work. Both should be available at art and crafts stores like Michaels

Look on ETSY.com. Here is on listing. I will check actual size I used as soon as I get home and send another link as well. www.etsy.com/listing/700358432/navy-blue-white-stars-pattern-1-adhesive?
