People that say "Affliction is good" are being dishonest and/or disingenuous. Video conveniently made in a match against casters. Do the same VS double melee on your butt all the game, see how "insane" it is.
Can it push good damage? It may, but you need to be free casting most of times, it has a hard time against 2 mongoloid melee that shut your damage down by only focusing you the entire game.
Can you outplay it? For sure.
Does it require effort? Yes, a lot more than most specs. Some specs make 1/5 of Affliction's effort to get the same result.
Affliction may pull good numbers and you may win, but you will be stressed AF and wanting to pull your hair out. Not worth it.

I say affliction is good because it is good, just because you are bad at something doesnt mean its bad in general just because you cant win 3x melee lobby at 1500 mmr doesn't mean spec is bad it simply means you're bad at it no offense of course i have over 1200+ videos and you can go and watch them one by one im not going to link all of them and calling me and others who play & actually think spec is good dishonest/disingenuous is wrong its simply skill issue on your side. enjoy the videos thanks for watching and good luck in your "3x melee lobbies"

Affliction is a convoluted mechanical mess. You and any other exceptional players may make the spec work, but this does not mean that the spec is insane. Not when other specs require much less effort for similar results. You call the spec "insane" just to make it more appealing/clickbaity for your videos. There is nothing wrong with that, it's your job afterall, but let's be real here.
The level of effort/skill you put towards Affliction is disproportional to the result. This is not the definition of an "insane" spec. The merit is on your skill, not on the spec.
any melee requires way less effort than most casters to play but doesn't mean some specs are not good or insane as i mentioned if you cant make it work thats your issue i see many affli locks in my twitch chat that never even played warlock/ affli spec or been 1800 on demo and now they are already 2100+ on affli

It's not gonna get nerfed the spec is super duper bad... This lobby doesn't reflect the true afflock.
There was one CS per team since priest / boomy don't have CS AND no melee in the lobby

all 3 specs are strong in 1v1s depends on classes u face mostly id say destro/demo blast in 1v1s but affli can be really good too if u know how to survive
