For the base:
125g (1 cup) digestive or graham cracker crumbs
2 3/4 tbsp (40g) unsalted butter melted
For the filling:
21 ounce (600g) cream cheese room temperature
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk room temperature
3 eggs room temperature
For the blueberry sauce:
3/4 cup (120g) Blueberries
2 1/2 tbsp (30g) sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water

Ok then there's no other alternative I know about besides my cupcake pan , probably u know , anyway il use my cupcake pan , wil this recipe make 12 cupcakes , il use the 250g creamcheese with 2 whole eggs and keep other measurements same

Hi can i use 1× 250g creamcheese and rest ingredients il not alter ? An can i use 1× 28cm round springform pan?
Hi! If you only have 250g of cream cheese but the recipe calls for 600g, you’ll need to reduce all the other ingredients by about 60% to keep the proportions right.
Since you're reducing the recipe, using a 28cm springform pan might not work well-it'll make the cake very low and thin. Instead, it's better to use a smaller pan, (smaller than 20cm), to get the right height. Also, with less batter, your baking time will be shorter, so keep an eye on it to avoid overbaking! Hope this helps!
No issue il jus use my 250g creamcheese an half everything else ?an use straight 2 eggs without seperation? An il use 1× 24cm round springform pan, i got rounds one each 24cm 26 cm 28cm, according to u 28cm isnt ideal size so il take my 24cm
You will need 40% of the original ingredients. 24cm I believe is still a bit too big..
