If there is one thing that I love to do is to see how certain foods are made. When our tour guide said we were going into the kitchen this afternoon...I was so excited.
We at this amazing folded omelette that takes care and precision to make, This folded omelette is called Tamagoyaki. I loved the full egg flavor along with the sweetness of this ultimate Japanese Cuisine.
