We are facing lots of issues after delivery the delivered a faulty vehicle tata Nexon Ev empowered plus LR Got delivery in March 8th 2024 till that still not resolve and now from last 25 days vehicle is there in service centre and before that was there for a week not resolve and the service centre of bengalore Singasandra branch not responding, we are very disappointed we got faulty vehicle. We contact with ev customer care service for Raise the complent
From the first day of vehicle delivery issues are there range is not there head light issue gear lever issue music system issue defects in colour door defect and range is not more than 250 km and service center telling us to balance the battery step 1 need to charge battery 100 % and go for drive for consume 90% battery not more than 40 to 50 speed and repeat for 5 days after that the you will get the range above 350. Why need to do this for new brand ev vehicle .
We are not satisfied with tata Nexon Ev empowered plus LR and service centre.
Waste of money and time.
