    tea=차 통상적으로 홍차를 의미하는건데 자꾸 여러곳에서 우유에 달고나 넣은걸 달고나 밀크티 라고 표기 하더라구요 그럼 홍차 넣은 밀크티는 뭐라고 해야하나.
    카페에서도 주문할때 혼선을 주던데 제대로 알고 잘 표기해주었으면~~

    • @chrisnotaperson8127
      @chrisnotaperson8127 4 года назад

      The softness you see in the poured on one is because of the moisture content. Likely the baked goods are fresh and even possibly right out of the oven and the steam coming out of them or just the moister they have in them will cause the toffee to soften. In fact if you were to take the crunchy stuff and just leave it out in the open air it will over time suck up moister and become soft and tacky.

    • @onecuet
      @onecuet 4 года назад +4

      Cooling has a little part in it. The main reason is the amount of baking powder used vs sugar ratio, how much its incorporated, along with its setting time in the first batch was vs. the 2nd batch. The baking soda causes a reaction with the sugar. They basically made peanut brittle minus the peanuts & vanilla extract. I make it every year for Christmas in the microwave. Its eaten as fast as I make it
