Spent a few nights punching buttons/swapping parts for a local fellow, consider it an act of faith to push the start button and watch everything disappear in a spray of coolant and hear the machine spool up to insane levels. Was a great day in Brisbane with the Alex CNC team (Nice lunch too) and the guys from CADPRO were very helpful with some hands on Cad/Cam problem solving. An interesting point not usually thought about is the Cloud base for Fusion 360.I took a printed picture of a part to discuss a problem I was having with a model.Rather than look at the picture it was much easier to just log in to my Fusion 360 account and problem solve the design on the actual model.Thanks to Gavin from CADPRO.

I’m trying to mill while spinning the rotary bu let the rotary is stuttering . How are you able to spin smoothly while milling. Using matercam 2019 on VF4ss and haas rotary HTS210
Hello Kurt. I didn't program this mill for this operation. The programming was done by the boys from CADPro Systems (Scott & Gavin). I will tag Scott here, but it may not work @scottmoyse. Suggest you contact him via RUclips or Instagram as he might be able to help you. Are you sure it's not a parameter in the controller holding you back. I know you have pay HAAS to have high speed machining activated? Sorry I can't be of anymore assistance. Cheers, Aaron.
Hi Thomas. My health is good these days mate. I had a full Thyroidectomy and 2 doses of radiation to get me cancer free. Us men need to take better care of our health and see the doctor regularly. I was dumb and had a lump in my neck for over 1 year before I dealt with it. Thanks for the concern buddy. Cheers Aaron.

My apendix tried to take me with it two years ago and that realisation that I took my otherwise good health for granted hit me like a ton of bricks.
