ADIDAS ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 3 REVIEW | PEPPIER, POINTIER, FIRMER… FASTER?

- I was looking forward to this Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 review as I was a huge fan of the Adios Pro 2 - surely the new shoes are going to be even better, am I right?!
Well,, not quite, at least for me it isn't.
In this Adios Pro 3 review, I'll talk about what's new in the shoes - quite a lot, actually - how it feels like to run in them and what are the main differences between the new Adios Pro 3 and the good ol' reliable Adios Pro 2.

Drop - 6.5 mm [heel: 39.5 mm / forefoot: 33 mm] (Adios 2 - 10 mm [heel: 39.5 mm / forefoot: 29.5 mm])
Launch colour - beam yellow / solar green colorway
New tech and updates
ENERGYRODS 2.0 - Carbon energy rods which were previously separate, are now a single structure for "harmonious stiffness". Embedded in the midsole and running parallel to the metatarsals, to give runners energy return.
Lightstrike Pro foam - The midsole consists of two levels of resilient Lightstrike Pro foam, providing runners with cushioning and energy return to support them on longer races ranging from half to full marathons.
Foam cutaways - There are more, under the little toe is an interesting choice
New upper - New lightweight upper, designed to be race-ready and provide support for athletes where they need it most.
Continental rubber outsole - The silhouette is built with a Continental rubber outsole with traction to "help take corners at a fast pace".

Seems like the previous iteration is better for you. For me, adios pro original is the best because despite weighing a little more the fact of having the midsole and sole whole and without cuts makes it much more stable and safe.

I agree Version 1 was the better and faster shoe, it has gone backwards since
My only problem with the 2 was that lateral heel bevel which makes me collapse laterally . I also think the shape makes it unstable . I hope they changed it on the 3
Well, there are more cutaways on the pro 3 so I'm not sure 😅
Do you have the Takumi Sen 8, I have this and it's what I call a very snug fit especially behind the ball of my foot.
I'm thinking of going a size up, or failing that just buy the prime x.
I haven't tried the Takumi Sen 8 but going a half size up is what I should have done with the Adios Pro 3 if I knew what I know now 🤔
@@pacemaxpro Yeah got me thinking now, especially as it's released tomorrow morning.
The Takumi Sen 8 could do with being just a hair bigger, so might do this then.
I suppose I could send them back, trouble is will it be a case of too big or too small.

I'd go half size up, if you have wide feet
maybe next time you talk little slowly clearly will better easier listen what you say
