This actually goes to show you don't need an administrator and user account, your user account can be your administrator account, and with this in mind this video has actually taught people how to remove administrator from windows 10 as well.

Hey mate, after my laptop failing to reset windows 10 times without specifying why ... I tried this. Worked a treat. Maybe make it clear upfront that all files will be deleted (wasn’t an issue for me but I see it is for others). Other than that, top work!

I got a little nervous at one point because after reboot, the administrator screen was stuck at loading for a long time and then I eventually got a message that the system ran into an issue. It said to give them a moment as they resolved the issue. Eventually they downloaded/fixed whatever it was and the compute restarted again(maybe twice) and then everything was fine.
