2014 here. I didn't know the first thing about how to crochet, didn't even know how to hold a hook for the yarn or even what size or kind of hook and yarn I should start off with. Then someone told me to go watch a video on RUclips. As luck would have it I found the best instructor out there. Whatever I get in my mind to make, I can always find it on Crystal's channel. Or at least something very comparable❤
What I love about your designs is how they look good on everyone: all sizes, all shapes, all skin tones - you always take that into consideration!

This is definitely the prettiest poncho with sleeves that I have seen. It's truly a fabulous design and the yarn and colors are a perfect choice.
I wonder how this would look in Colorama Halo. I wonder if that would hide the stitches too much. I love the way your sleeves look color controlled the way you did them and the dark on the very edge was perfection! Fabulous Sleeved Poncho!

Oh Crystal this is a beauty, I love it, got to have it! hope I can make it! I started without you, I was making a Turtleneck poncho I got to around the part where I think I can make the points that you have and add sleeves. I was just winging it by myself until I thought, hmm what would Crystal do? So now I want to change from an ordinary round poncho to this your fabulous pointed poncho with sleeves. I know what you are thinking, pull it all out, silly woman, and start over! But I can’t I like the cozy warm poncho I started, we live in the High Sierra Mountains, and it is snowing out. Do you think this crazy 79 year ol’ lady can do it? I am built about the same as you I am 5’3. I am using what I have yarn wise. Dark Green teal and a fluffy pale apricot. I like the 2 point with sleeves, of course! Here I go!

That's one pretty sleeved poncho and one mammoth tutorial! No complaining, though, because I enjoy every minute of your videos, especially since you explain everything so well.
As I watched, I saw that you hold the YO loop when you worked your stiches. Silly me, I always held the previous loop, and wondered why I had a hard time with my tension. This small detail had helped me greatly. Thank you soooo much for the time you put into this project. I LOVE it❤❤ Will definitely be trying it.🤩😍

I am so glad I watched this. I have been struggling with a purse that I wanted to make with some great Noro yarn and for some reason It was just not working. I was already on the third frogging, and was still not right. This easy project that I was so looking forward to make. After last year doing 30 scarves, a couple of blankets for Great grand babies, two ponchos, several hats anyway I have two baby blankets to make before starting on my scarves again for this year, I thought I would cram in this purse. I watched the tutorial like 5 times thought I had it anyway I was so upset with myself and then I watched this and saw how you struggled with this wonderful project that I now want to do. We I frogged this purse out again and now I am on track with it I will post it when I get it done on Facebook. It should be awesome. You always give us courage to keep on and know that yes we can do it. I have only been crocheting for about a year and I have learned so much from your channel. You can teach old dogs new tricks.
