NPK Soil Sensor Data on BLYNK IOT

This video explains how to upload NPK data values to BLYNK IOT cloud 2.0.
RS485 to USB converter is used to analyse hex data sent and received which helps in coding easily.
RS485 to TTL converter used here between ESP32 and NPK is Auto Direction enabled type.

Can i do this without using the usb converter and just the rs485 ttl?
I'll give the npk sensor power seperately
so will the code work in this case also?
