Hi Anne. The tip of the strip is 6MM which is 0.6 CM 1/8th inch is 0.3175 in CM. The bottom of the strip where the slant is -4MM converting into CM si 0.4 in inches it would be 0.476228. I hope this helps. Also, you can always look up the conversation table in google if you find yourself needing a list of MM convertions. Let me know if this works for you.
