Great footage Dan ! The Detroit & Mackinac Alco's were nice to see along with the Huron & Eastern EMD's and I appreciate the work you do to preserve the memories of these great short line railroads. Thanks Dan excellent video. 😁👍
The line said hoppers were seen on is still in place, albeit as a 13 mile branch (opposed to it originally being a 128 mile main line to Grand Rapids) for 2 customers in Owosso. The line shown at 0:57 is also still in use by Central Michigan successor, Huron & Eastern, and is their main line to Saginaw
Well, since you came to the Soo, did you film the crossings on Wellington St W with John St, Pine St, Queen St W near the bridge, Cathcart St, Lake St, Pim & Church Streets, Second Line or the crossings near the Station Mall?

Huron and eastern in Pere Marquette like colors. Script is similar to that on the old C&O BL-2's
HESR originally ran on ex C&O/PM trackage in the thumb, thus the Pere Marquette inspired livery
Do you happen to have footage of the trains in Standish & Gaylord from the 90s?
Pat French no, I don't think so.
