Highly recommend having the dogs use the bathroom in a certain spot. With them being female dogs, their urine can completely ruin your grass very fast.
That’s interesting about female dog urine! Its true, you learn something new everyday! I have a shepherd mix and HE makes our yard look like a jungle. You can tell where he pee’s because its bright green grass and taller than the rest. He wont #2 in any area that he would play, its as close to the road or in bushes as possible. I just found out thats a thing dogs should be doing, bathroom outside of their play area.
You can buy stuff to put in your dogs water so their pee doesn’t wreck your grass! It makes it so their pee isn’t as acidic! Should look into it, most pet store have it 😊
Hope the grass lasts after all the effort! It looked like horrible quality grass. Was so dry. And your supposed to dig it down, not have it above path height 🤣
