This is what good friendships are about - competing against each other to raise your levels of performance, but also being genuinely happy when your competition is able to achieve something great.

I throw shot put and I’m going into high school and I threw 50 feet with the 4kg ball but now with the 12 pound my best is about 37 with a lot of technique and momentum, these guys are just standing still throwing it that far, that’s crazy also with more than double the weight

My friend Scott Rider usually wins this -I used to coach him shot putt and he won the world champs highland games at Braemar - but what a beautiful setting it is. Also, I love the relationships these guys have throughout the series - I could watch them all day - Lets do another one!!

If someone named tom has the world record for most consecutive pushups at 10,000 and then billy does 10,500 and wins the record and then I do 11,000 I now hold billys record, not toms, cause he was the one with the highest score before me
