audio is vital! I'm a photographer but if i ever shoot video i need to come fully prepared, poor audio ruins a good video. I have a Senheiser MKE 600 and it is so nice to have good audio. Great video! Would love to LCC for MLB someday.
Great video! question for you. I'm recording soccer training sessions and I love capturing the sounds of the players passing, kicking and sounds of the game. Would I be better off with using the video mic pro or use the wireless go and strap on one of the players socks or legs? Love to hear your thoughts. thanks bro.
Rode Video Mic Pro+ for me. Hopefully it has been doing its job. Guess you just gotta trust it's doing a better job than the in-body audio, ha
This guide covers consumer-level microphones. Pro-level shotgun mics (aka "best") are all north of $1-2k....they don't use 3.5mm cables....and they are not made by Rode.
yeah bro but beginners dont often have the money to spend 1-2k on a mic
@@pete_chalk I’m sure many of your viewers own cameras with XLR inputs. I use an $800 AKG which is expensive, but I still don’t consider it “pro”.
I wasn’t trying to troll, just clarifying that you’re comparing mics in the consumer market.
@QNag I don't think pros are coming to youtube to get help finding a mic, either. This video is not for pros.
Great video.
How heavy are all of them I’m working with a heavy lense rn and I’m shooting hand held for a basketball team
