    This is a great compliment to the other home workouts I am doing. I can’t always see you, so I appreciate you announcing the next exercise with modifications.

    After working out consistently Mon-Fri I didn't want to do anything today (maybe a walk?) but decided I could really use the stretch. So glad I did! Maybe a little more "work" than I wanted (hello, planks) but felt sooo good. Thanks, Amy for another great "rest" day workout!

    This is so what I needed. It may have to be added in every Sunday. My scoliosis has really been bothering me the last few days and this truly helps. I really like the combo of Pilates with the yoga because it keeps me moving. Yoga alone is too slow for me but I absolutely need the stretching it provides. Thank you Amy for always finding ways to make these fusion workouts so amazing!!!

    WOW that's exactly what I needed tonight! Been feeling really tight after getting back to dance classes and it was a nice recovery workout! Very good point about the bird dog move about the core activating when you shift your weight forward!

    So im starting the week with this workout, instead of the Sweat one, cuz i have immense back pain, but this one really helped me easy the pain and the tension, LOVED IT!!! so hopefully i ll be back tomorrow with my weights!

    Wow! I needed that. In my 60’s I’m finding less flexibility, so this workout will definitely be of help. Perfect for on an off day. Thanks so much for all you do!

    Wonderful combo. Really good for all levels. I do a lot of yoga and pilates so this class was on the easy side for me but still enjoyed the little challenge.
