Of course, she exposed all this on her social networks, having more reason to be against them. And not being invited to the reunion. But the least they had to do was YES to invite her, and leave that childishness behind, and apologizing for everything that happened.
The fact that she was going through all this shit and STILL MANAGED to be a super cheerful character and pretend that she was best friends with the person that bully her just SHOWS HOW BADASS OF AN ACTRESS SHE IS.

It really makes sense though why it happened. Imagine if you had someone who tried super hard to be your friend and you didn't like them at all. And then you're forced to be around them all the time. And act like you like them on top of that.
It's a horrible stituation all around. It wasn't okay. The people in charge of the show are going to do what's best for the show they don't care as much about the actors as the show. Unless it's like the main star of the show but even then they're just worrying about the show.
I dont blame her for wanting friends that's a natural want especially when your shelter ND not around people your age for such a long time. If they caught this early and miggled her with people outside the show that she could have became friend with it probably wouldn't have gotten that bad

21 in a nutshell, Jamie didn’t like Alexa, so the whole cast ended up not liking her and excluding her from everything. Britney Spears stormed on set and screamed at her. They then fired her after two seasons for not getting along with the rest of the cast. The end.

People are saying “this happened when she was a kid get over it” clearly have never had unresolved childhood traumas.
Maybe you all are too young to understand this but what happens to you as a child generally shapes you as an adult. Especially during those informative years while you’re developing and learning about yourself. Being excluded is a form of bullying and can destroy your self esteem and you might reason ‘if everyone on the cast can hate you, maybe you are as worthless as you’re being treated’.
Do I think we should be attacking the rest of the cast? No because, they too, were kids. And as was mentioned no adult intervened and kids are generally going to follow the adults example of how to resolve problems.
This is Alexa’s truth and I’m sure there’s more to the story, but so far no one is refuting it.

The interviewer was being polite by letting her speak while listening attentively. In the last few seconds of the stream, she points the camera away from the interviewer an towards herself, so she obviously wanted to be the center of the stream and tell her story, not conversate.

She maybe didn’t get invited because there is more to the story that what she is saying. Remember there is always 2 sides to every story and something tells me she wasn’t invited for a reason.

Definitely. Even through Nicole you can see how much of good person Alexa is. Like she's one of the only female characters that's likable.
This is so true, girls will hate on you if you are genuinely nice, pretty, and are not into the drama. If you are too quiet that may be even worse for you in some cases.
My main takeaways were- thank goodness that she had a mother like she did. A mother that believed her and fought for her.
Also the executives were worse than the children. They were grown adults, treating her like garbage when they fully knew what was going on

Alexa Nikolas (Nicole) left Zoey 101 halfway through its four-season run after some uncomfortable experiences on set. In 2005, some media outlets reported that Britney Spears, older sister of series star Jamie Lynn Spears, came on set and screamed at Nikolas over alleged conflicts and fights with her sister, and also threatened to end her acting career. Nikolas confirmed this incident years later, but claimed that there were no "fights" with Jamie, but that "my best friend on the show didn't want to be my best friend in real life". Nikolas claimed that Jamie was not interested in socializing with her off-camera. However, Jamie got along very well with castmate Kristin Hererra. This resulted in the rest of the cast forming a clique with Nikolas being socially excluded. While filming a scene on a beach, Herrera allegedly assaulted and verbally abused Nikolas (Herrera denied this, however). Nikolas' mother would try to get the show's staff to intervene and stop the bullying, but they instead told her that her then-12-year-old daughter needed to "grow up" and to "be professional". After learning that Herrera would not be returning for Season 2 (allegedly for looking too old for her character), Nikolas felt "safe" and began bonding with series newcomer Victoria Justice. Aside from Jamie still refusing to associate with her, Season 2 started out well for Nikolas, only to get into an argument with Justice over a boy. This was followed by Justice gossiping about her to the other castmates, and resulted in even more hostility than before. During production of the final episode of Season 2, Nikolas was unknowingly lured by the 1st AD into Jamie's trailer and was berated by Britney, traumatizing her to the point of vomiting. Nikolas and her mother confronted series creator Dan Schneider, whose idea of diffusing the situation was to gift her a portable DVD player and order her to go on set to film another scene, where Nikolas faced more teasing from her castmates over the Britney incident. Some time later, Nikolas and her mother went to the Nickelodeon offices to have a meeting with Schneider and other Nickelodeon and Viacom executives. Nikolas claims she was forced to enter the room alone and was belittled by Schneider, telling her, "It's not called Nicole 101... If you wanted your own show, you should have went off and got one." He also agreed with Britney's alleged remarks that Nikolas should not be working in the acting industry. She left the room crying and told her mother that she wanted to quit the show. Nicole was Put on a Bus after Season 2, and Nikolas was not invited to any cast reunions. She has been unsuccessful in making amends with any of her former castmates.

Whether or not all of this stuff is true/accurate, I think the influence and power the Spears family had over the show and crew is unquestionable.

Jamie probably discussed that situation with the crew/cast, and talked shit.. because Jamie was the star, everyone was being a "yes man" or believed her..then, everytime Alexa would try to connect with Jamie, Jamie would bully or be mean.. and then the cast/crew would follow.

I remember reading on one of her Instagram posts that she said the only ones she got along with on the show and felt accepted by were Sean Flynn (Chase) and Christopher Massey (Michael) plus she says in this video that her and Victoria Justice (Lola) we’re also friends. She never made a comment on Erin Sanders (Quinn), Paul Butcher (Dustin), or Matthew Underwood (Logan) so who knows how she really feels about them. Then there’s Jamie Lynn Spears (Zoey) and Kristin Herrera (Dana) who she clearly had most of the issues with. It just bothers me a lot that Dan Schneider would really say to her that she’s not important because it’s not her show, but I think he knows as well as anybody else that the supporting main cast also plays just as important of a role as the lead does. If the show was truly all about Zoey then she should have been the only character on the show. This is one of my favorite shows even today and to see that one of the main characters was practically forced into leaving the cast is just wrong. With the rumors floating around about a revival of Zoey 101, it would be a real shame for every character but Nicole to be involved, but I completely understand why Alexa wouldn’t wanna go back. Things could be very different though considering they’re all adults now and they can all sit down and settle their differences as adults.
It seems like Erin Sanders didn't want to be bullied too and just.. kept quiet. It was her first job too and the Spears family were powerful. I don't blame a 12 year old for not getting involved.
