i feel like i have to leave a comment. i opened a new cart and it kept telling me shortage. after 30 minutes of trying and one unhelpful video later i found this. so clear and concise and her voice was so soothing. it took a few tries but once i got it, it hit perfectly. bless this woman and give her all the roses she deserves!!!
I could cry I’m so happy. After a long flight cross country my vape stopped pulling. I managed to take the connecter bit off with a hair pin I found in the room I’m staying in. Thank you Heather ❤️ dunno how you figured this out but I’m grateful you took the time to share it.

Fantastic!!! I was searching for videos, in hopes of finding one that could possibly show me how to transfer oil from a bad cart to a good one. I was not having any luck and then I stumbled across your video. This is exactly what happened to me! The pin (or whatever) got stuck to the battery and pulled out. After watching this vid, I pulled the pin back out, looked for the wire that you showed, located it, and then thread the pin back onto the wire/pushed it back in. VIOLA!!!! Worked like a charm!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Your helpful instruction just made my day!!!!

@@faayerubinnthe outside metal where it screws is the ground. This wire she’s toying with is the positive. They must connect to their counterparts only at the base of the cart, if that wire is either touching the sides or not touching the pin, it will short, or blink.

Just bought brand new cart and forgot to turn wat down and hit on 100w now says no atomizer but the wire is touch at the bottom u think I fried it at the top

Was able to fix a cart that just crapped out at a little under quarter tank, had to use a popsicle stick and electrical tape to hold it firm in place! Luckily my battery has a type c charging port so I don’t have to mess with unscrewing to charge. ‘Preciate ya!

I have a cartridge that has this same problem with the wire. The only difference is that mine didn’t come with the small holes to thread the wire through. Instead I just simply had to make sure that the wire is touching/making contact with the metal part. Still, very helpful & informative video!
@@cman3464 I just like put it in a way that it was pressed up against it. I first pushed the wire toward the walls if you wanna say & then put the metal part back & it ended up pressed and making contact always
Took me a half hour with the same issue, be gentle and push the wire towards the white washer piece so it’s on the side and then drop the top in and you’ll be good but might need to try it a couple times
Girl this worked! Now, I did have to take that first piece out but I also took our the plastic part cause I couldn't see the wire! it was under the plastic piece so I used a hair weaving needle to pull the wire out enough for me to thread it through both parts, put everything back together, screwed it on my battery & it is giving me the most beautiful clouds of smoke! Thank you so much😊❤

@@khicarter584 I figured it out, there is a rubber piece on the cart that u have to take out, then put 1 wire under the ring where the rubber goes and 1 wire there the hole is in the middle then u can re-wire the 1 wire into the hole

So I kind of figured this is what I needed to do, but was having a ton of trouble. 5 seconds into your vid and I figured out my problem. The rubber part around the wire had also pulled out when my pin got pulled out. I separated the rubber from the pin and placed it back in around the wire. Then it was MUCH easier to get the wire into the pin and place back into the cart. So thank you for the vid!

I had this problem work a week now and it's finally fixed due to this video I've never been happier lol my wire was bent at an angle so I just straighten it and reattached took a few sad puffs to get to the one that snuck up and hit my brain into my chest with a one-two combo 😂 if you ever feel the strength slipping and your voltage not hitting the same just take apart and readjust I recommend checking future carts as well for same defect this could have saved alot of people money.. remember when these things got recalled for not working 🤔 weird.

Hey try to find the wire and pull the end real gently then -if you have to- do it in front of a window or strong light... then as she said just connect one of the holes to the wire (just make it go thru like a needle and thread) and voila! I watched many videos and this one was the clearest one that worked for me (good luck) 🥰

Let me just say I pulled a fresh 2 gram cart out of a pack of two and I didn't work past the first hit I watched this video first but was apprehensive to try this out of fear but after a couple other methods nothing worked so I came back and instantly fixed my cart this stuff works I do recommend

I’m not getting it. It looks like you’re pushing the wire through the side of that insert and not the hole in the bottom of the insert. If you pushed the wire through the insert it would bend the wire and it wouldn’t work. Shouldn’t you push the wire through the center hole???
so the difference with my cart and these ones is theres no hole on the bottom, instead of a spot to insert a wire its solid with no hole. im not sure if i should still attempt to take it off but it seems to be made specifically for batterys with preheating capabilities. should i attempt to remove the piece on the bottom?
Thanks for the video. What are these very small tools you're using that can manipulate these small parts. Any recommendations on what to buy? I have some very small needle nosed pliars made for jewelry, but they're still too thick.
Dumb question, but is it safe to smoke without that metal part attached? I’ve tried looping it through but can’t get airflow once the cart and battery are connected. I tried it without the metal piece and am able to smoke but is that bad lol

Bless you angel of cloud. I didnt want to go through the hassle of taking my brand new cart back to the store. Almost figured this out myself but i was trying to go through both holes. I think mine just originally had the wire just sitting between the rubber gasket and pin. So through one hole and up is absolutely the way to go with this design. I literally tried all the other ways before i got here.

Hi! I know this video is over 2 years old, but my vape pen battery isn't heating up and I took this same little screw out of the pen itself, and there's a little white wire looking thing, does that need to be touching the screw in order for the heating element to work?

You don’t even need to put it through the baby hole you just need to put the rubber gasket on and then put the metal pin stopper in it but you have to make sure that the metal wire is in through the hole of the gasket and just that contact works. And I’m pretty sure that’s how they assemble it anyway since the metal wire isn’t bent.
If my battery pen for the cart still lights up and the cart doesn't get heat up is it because the cord within the cart being in the wrong place or is it the battery

My plastic part came out first with the metal. You need to put that back in first and just make sure the wire goin through middle

find the wire, and it's not super easy to thread it into the hole because the wire is basically invisible, but you will get it

I'd use tweezers to pull it out gently. Wire is actually strong, so you can have the tip stick out of the cart

Hey try to find the wire and pull the end real gently then -if you have to- do it in front of a window or strong light... then as she said just connect one of the holes to the wire (just make it go thru like a needle and thread) and voila! I watched many videos and this one was the clearest one that worked for me (good luck) 🥰

Let me just say I pulled a fresh 2 gram cart out of a pack of two and I didn't work past the first hit I watched this video first but was apprehensive to try this out of fear but after a couple other methods nothing worked so I came back and instantly fixed my cart this stuff works I do recommend

I’m not getting it. It looks like you’re pushing the wire through the side of that insert and not the hole in the bottom of the insert. If you pushed the wire through the insert it would bend the wire and it wouldn’t work.
Shouldn’t you push the wire through the center hole???
so the difference with my cart and these ones is theres no hole on the bottom, instead of a spot to insert a wire its solid with no hole. im not sure if i should still attempt to take it off but it seems to be made specifically for batterys with preheating capabilities. should i attempt to remove the piece on the bottom?
Thanks for the video. What are these very small tools you're using that can manipulate these small parts. Any recommendations on what to buy? I have some very small needle nosed pliars made for jewelry, but they're still too thick.
I used tweezers and a safety pin. Worked like a charm. Took just a few minutes.
Dumb question, but is it safe to smoke without that metal part attached? I’ve tried looping it through but can’t get airflow once the cart and battery are connected. I tried it without the metal piece and am able to smoke but is that bad lol

I remember getting one and I thought it was just faulty I cracked it open saw the wire and passed it all the way through and it worked!! But I didn’t know there was someone who figured it out before me amazing!
My wire is showing in my bottom cartridge. Did I pull the wire and if so is it broken? It won't hit but the battery works

Bless you angel of cloud. I didnt want to go through the hassle of taking my brand new cart back to the store. Almost figured this out myself but i was trying to go through both holes. I think mine just originally had the wire just sitting between the rubber gasket and pin. So through one hole and up is absolutely the way to go with this design. I literally tried all the other ways before i got here.
I've been repeatedly putting my cartridge in & out of my vape and turning it trying to hit it for the past week and it would not work at all, even walked down to the smoke shop to ask them if they knew what was wrong with it and they didn't. Hi! I know this video is over 2 years old, but my vape pen battery isn't heating up and I took this same little screw out of the pen itself, and there's a little white wire looking thing, does that need to be touching the screw in order for the heating element to work?

Thank you. Just bought a high-end 80$ cart in Illinois. After a couple puffs this happened. You’re a life saver
You don’t even need to put it through the baby hole you just need to put the rubber gasket on and then put the metal pin stopper in it but you have to make sure that the metal wire is in through the hole of the gasket and just that contact works. And I’m pretty sure that’s how they assemble it anyway since the metal wire isn’t bent.
If my battery pen for the cart still lights up and the cart doesn't get heat up is it because the cord within the cart being in the wrong place or is it the battery
