So @DiscardPixel hosted a HOI4 MP game where we revert to the oldest version of HOI4, aka Hearts of Iron 4 1.0.
This is a HOI4 Multiplayer game with no DLCs and no update and is completely clean.
And what's a better way to have fun in the oldest version of Hearts of Iron 4 than to play against the world renowned @TommyKay Japan.

As much as the game has improved from an objective standpoint, seeing a game like this again was a blast. Doing these semi-regularly would be great, and you can always change which patch you roll back to.

It's much more fun to watch naval battles. You can see them all moving around and the actual targeting of ships.
